Frosted Betty was founded on the idea of creating community through bakes goods. No nonsense here as we bake from scratch every morning and with only the best ingredients. We never use mixes, emulsifiers, or trans fat. Sorry to the shortening fans, but we only use real butter and you will taste the extra expense in the final product.
Not only are our ingredients important to us, but we also care about what kind of footprint we will leave. Whenever possible we use organic and sustainable products. We believe in the concept of "Farm to Market" and try to work with as many local suppliers as possible. Packaging is made with recycled or biodegradable material and we also recycle!
